Privacy
The short version: no accounts, no data sales, no ads, no owner contact data — ever.
What we store, and why
No accounts required. Stripe processes payments; we never see your card. To honor an unlock we store a random device ID paired with a one-way hash of the purchased address — not the address itself — for 30 days. Free-check rate limiting uses your IP for one hour.
What we never do
No data sales, no ads, no owner contact data of any kind.
Property owners
Full reports show the owner of record's name only, exactly as the county's public record lists it. We never show a phone number, email, mailing address or any other contact data, and we show no names at all for New Jersey properties (Daniel's Law). Any owner can remove their name without an account; the removal takes effect within a minute. To process a removal we keep a hash of the street address and the parcel number, not the text you type; the county's own public record is unchanged.
Third-party rendering
The parcel map uses public-domain USGS The National Map tiles (OpenStreetMap tiles as a fallback) and Esri World Imagery for satellite; your browser fetches those tiles directly from those services.
Your calculators stay yours
The buyer tools (monthly cost, rent vs. buy) compute entirely in your browser — nothing you type in them is transmitted.
