Remove your name from HonestLot reports
Full reports show the owner of record exactly as the county records it. If that’s you and you’d rather it didn’t appear here, enter the property address. It’s free, needs no account, and takes effect within a minute.
What this does
- The owner’s name is no longer shown in any HonestLot report for this address or its county parcel.
- The report still describes the property itself, including its sales, taxes, hazards and permits. Those facts are about the house, not about you.
- The owner type (for example “individual” or “company”) may still appear. It never identifies anyone.
- We don’t ask for your name, email or phone number, and we don’t keep the address you type as text. We store a hash of the street address and parcel number, with the date. A hash hides the text but isn’t secret: someone who already knows the address could check it.
What we never show
Our reports never include a phone number, email or mailing address, and never any contact data at all. No names are shown for New Jersey properties (Daniel’s Law). The name comes from the county’s own public record, which HonestLot can’t change. To correct the county record itself, contact the county assessor or recorder.
Not a screening tool
HonestLot isn’t a consumer reporting agency. Using it to screen tenants, employees or anyone else is prohibited. See the terms and FCRA notice.
